Shipping and Returns

WORDWIDE FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING!

on orders of $99 or more

Simply look for the Free Shipping logo to enjoy free Express shipping on over 1000 selected items throughout our store.

Your order will qualify for Free Shipping if:

-Cart item total is $99 or more

-All items in your cart are Free WORDWIDE EXPRESS Shipping items

If your order qualifies, you will be offered a "Free Worldwide Shipping (3-5 Day EXPRESS)" option when you check out your order. Any other shipping selection will be available with additional charge! Do not complete your order unless you agree with the total amount of your order displayed!

 

All items in your shopping cart must qualify for free shipping in order to receive free shipping. Having an item that does not have a Free Shipping logo will cancel the free shipping option.

EX: if two items on your order indicate free shipping but the third does not offer, free shipping will not be offered.

 

Exclusions:

Wordwide shipments

All orders will be sent from our central warehouse in Istanbul (The Turkey).

FREE Shipping is excluded on most oversized or overweight products, as well as some products that are already heavily discounted. These products do not include this Free shipping label  and usually have the phrase "SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY" at the end of the name of the product.

Note when using Gift Certificate:

May be used in conjunction with a gift certificate.

The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the gift certificate is applied.

 

We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.

 

What do I do if I receive a Damaged Package?

In order to process claims on items received damaged, ClassicPartsDepot.com requires pictures of the original box and packaging and for the customer to retain said packing until the claims process has been completed. ClassicPartsDepot.com reserves the right to REFUSE a damage claim if pictures of the original box and packaging cannot be provided by the customer.

Why are we not able to ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes?

We use DHL & FEDEX to ship ALL of our orders. Both DHL & FEDEX need a physical address to deliver to, and they do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO Box numbers.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

How do I return an item?

-If for any reason within the first 30 calendar days after the original sale date*, you may return the unused and completely resalable item or items (shipping prepaid, contents insured) for a prompt refund or credit (excluding shipping and handling).
-Items returned more than 30 days, but less than 90 days after the original sale date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and we will only be able to offer store credit on these items.
-ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS accepted more than 90 days after the original sale date.

*Please Note: When you need to return items that were shipped out via our FREE SHIPPING option, we will charge you a 20% restocking fee. if the return is due to customer order error or if the customer simply changes their mind about an item. This is to recover (in part) the costs which we have incurred to prepare and ship the package with "FREE SHIPPING". Please remember that we pay for the shipping, and if you return the item, we must reclaim these costs. Unless, of course the error occurs at our end.

No returns allowed on any installed or altered parts. Please do not even try, you will only be wasting your own money to ship the item back. No returns allowed on any electrical parts, Port-a-wall, special orders items or books. No returns allowed on any cores which shows any sign of being previously disassembled. Customers must bear cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem unless as a result of our error.

Making a return to ClassicPartsDepot

  1. You must call CP depot and speak to our Returns Manager (Contact Us ) to verify whether or not your item can be returned.
  2. A Return Authorization number will be issued to you.
    *IMPORTANT*: Write the return number and the return address on a piece of paper and tape it to the outside of the box. Do not write anything on the actual box itself! Include a copy of the invoice on the inside of the package.
    An additional restocking fee will apply if you do not follow these instructions.
  3. Return products in unused and 100% resalable condition, in original boxes, wrapping, and with all paperwork.

Please allow 30 days for processing your credit.

Unauthorized & Improper returns:
All returns Sent to C.P.D. that do not meet our requirements will be refused and the customer must bare any costs for return shipping back to them.
